Marketing Coordinator Mary Alice Coon grew up in and currently lives in Franklin. She majored in Public Relations and Political Science at The University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where she graduated in 2004.  Mary Alice enjoys taking long walks on the beach anywhere with sand and an ocean.  She also spends time in the fall traveling back to Knoxville for football games, catching up with friends and singing UT's fight song, "Rocky Top."  She also enjoys riding horses and growing different types of flowers, depending on what season it is. 

Her job includes contacting prospects, monitoring our various websites, including the Dave Ramsey site and assisting clients. Mary Alice brings strong interpersonal skills, detail orientation and an enthusiasm for exceeding client expectations to the team. 

Listing Coordinator Jacqueline DeSelms lives with her husband Derek in Nashville. She graduated from Harding University in 1999 with a Bachelor Degree in Spanish and Secondary Education.

Jacqueline’s job responsibilities include the coordination of all listing files, which includes inputting all listings into the MLS and on our 90 Day Home Sale website. Jacqueline emails and calls agents for feedback on showings. Together with Stephie, she helps to meet listing clients’ needs. Jacqueline is also an assistant to our agents.

 

Listing Coordinator Stephie Wilson lives in Spring Hill with Kyle and her newborn baby Savannah.  Stephie enjoys eating different types of sushi.  She doesn't just enjoy eating though...Stephie also really enjoys cooking.  She gets plenty of experience doing what she loves as she is busy in the kitchen or at the grill each and every night! 

Stephie’s duties include calling agents for feedback and relaying it to clients. She also makes review calls to clients, which include market updates, showing updates, and price adjustment opportunities. Together with Jacqueline, they make sure all listing needs are met. Stephie is also an assistant to our agents.

Closing Coordinator Tara DeSelms has lived in Nashville most of her life. She is a graduate of Harding University, having earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Marketing. Tara is a licensed agent and her job responsibilities include the coordination of listing and buyer appointments and communication with our clients. She processes closing files and assists Pam when necessary to bring sales to a successful closing. Tara also assists the Buyer Agents. 
 

Closing Coordinator Lori Foy is originally from Philadelphia, PA.  After moving to Nashville to attend Vanderbilty University, Lori decided to stay in town and continues to enjoy Nashville with husband, Cliff.  She enjoys traveling to new places and would love the opportunity to revisit Europe.  Lori also enjoys reading, especially about anything dealing with decorating or remodeling. 

Her job includes coordinating the closing of all real estate transactions. This begins at the time the contract is negotiated and goes to the day it closes. She enjoys working with people to be sure that this experience is a pleasant and memorable one for all involved.
